RIB-KNIT BEANIE HONORING CERVECERIA POLAR BASEBALL

History: Long before Venezuela’s Cervecería Polar became a household name, Cuba had its own Polar beer. Founded in Havana in 1911, the brewery was backed by the Zorrilla and Giraudier families, who also held major stakes in Cuban professional baseball. They made Polar a fixture of the game’s commercial landscape, sponsoring a stadium called Campo Polar and, in the 1950s, their own club. This was a distinctive chapter of Cuban baseball, when the country’s homegrown breweries helped bankroll the national pastime.

With a ribbed knit construction and an embroidered felt patch dancing bear logo, this beanie pays tribute to Cevezeria Polar baseball.
