STRUCTURED A-FRAME SNAPBACK HONORING THE PENNSYLVANIA STONERS

History: Willie Ehrlich came up through the youth system of Hungarian club Újpest FC, played professionally in France, then immigrated to the Lehigh Valley and spent years coaching local amateurs. He founded the Pennsylvania Stoners in 1979 — named for the Keystone State — and entered the American Soccer League with a roster built around local Allentown high school kids. In 1980, cheered on by a mascot named "Stoney" (an anthropomorphized rock), the Stoners went 19-4-5, rookie George Gorleku was named league MVP, and they beat Sacramento 2-1 before 7,723 fans to claim the ASL championship. Ehrlich won coach of the year.

This cotton twill ballcap was designed with a retro A-frame silhouette, giving it a structured crown, a 5-panel construction, a pre-shaped bill, and a classic snapback closure. The Stoners logo was applied with an embroidered felt patch.
